Crest Maritime Solutions began as a family-run maritime business founded by Bill Balderson, initially focused primarily on MIL-STD-3037 container inspections and repairs. What started as a part-time operation is now entering its next chapter under the leadership of Bill's son, Adam Balderson.
With 22 years of experience in port operations, cargo handling, terminal performance, marine logistics, and vessel operations, Adam is expanding Crest into a full-service maritime operations partner. The company combines its family roots with decades of practical experience to help clients protect their cargo, improve efficiency, coordinate complex operations, and identify opportunities for greater profitability.
